Our Fuel Dosing System accurately dispenses fuel additives to fuel tanks on-board Class 8 trucks. This fully-automated and software-controlled dosing system ultrasonically monitors fuel levels in the fuel tanks and dispenses  metered amounts of fuel additives as needed or as required by fuel additive manufacturers without driver intervention. In cold weather conditions, our systems will monitor ambient temperature and discharge anti-gelling additives without the assistance of the driver. Using Qualcomm’s Ominvision interface with our systems, your fleet mangers can monitor fuel and additive levels in the tanks. Our fuel level sensors our accurate to within .125%.  Directives can be sent by fleet managers via satellite to our dosing systems and dispense additives should additional performance be required. 

Current research suggests that ultrasonics may be used to enhance fuel economy by producing emulsions of immiscible liquids of water, fuel additives and diesel fuels. Our Emulsification Processor mixes water and additives in diesel fuels thereby increasing the fuel economy and additive performances. Today, with the ever-growing demand for emissions reduction regulations, OEM’s are forced to reduce emissions--but find these reductions are not without a cost to the consumer…lower fuel economy. Our emulsification process returns the losses gained by emissions reduction to the fleets. By offsetting the 3% to 5% fuel penalties of current emissions technology, fleets can experience the true fuel efficiencies already designed into the trucks by the OEM’s.
